* To lead and catalyze industry wide changes across music venues and practices.

* Unite people of diverse backgrounds, and inspire them to embrace diversity.
* Provide allyship to BBIPOC musicians, artists and creatives.
* Bridge divides, build partnerships, blend genres to bring change through community.

* Funding, sponsorship, and resource allocation in support of BBIPOC lead causes, bands, art and initiatives.
* Proactive and bold stance calling out racism through our communications, protest and actions.
* Create change in both the political, personal and creative arenas.
